Freeman Discount Price Deadline – this is your last chance to take advantage of Freeman pricing discounts.

Audio Visual, Electrical, & Internet Discount Price Deadline - this deadline date is your last chance to take advantage of Encore pricing discounts for audio visual services and electrical/internet/plumbing/telephone service & labor pricing discounts from the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center.

Exhibitor Services Manual
The Exhibitor Services Manual is your go-to resource for ordering booth items such as furnishings, flooring, and electrical. It will be available in February 2026!
Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitors receive (2) complimentary Exhibitor badge registrations for every 100 square feet of exhibit space reserved. Additional badges will be available for purchase. Exhibitor registration opens January 2026.
Exhibitor Housing
Exhibitors with 400+ sq. ft. of booth space will receive direct outreach from onPeak regarding their housing. All other exhibitors and sponsors will receive full housing details on January 7.
⚠️ BEWARE of unauthorized hotel solicitations: Please note that onPeak is the only official housing provider for ATC 2026. ATC is not affiliated with any other travel or housing companies. If contacted by another provider, please do not respond.
