The Exhibitor Services Manual is your go-to resource for ordering booth items such as furnishings, flooring, and electrical. It will be available in February 2026!
Payment Reminder for Exhibitors
Exhibitors must pay their full balance within 30 days of receiving an invoice and no later than May 1, 2026, regardless of when the application was submitted. Booth space or Sponsorships may be reassigned if payment is not received by the deadline.

ATC reserves the right to hold or revoke exhibitor badges and instruct contractors to deny services for unpaid balances.

Exhibitor Registration & Housing
VIP Exhibitors with 400+ sq. ft. of booth space should have received an email on January 7 with instructions for registering booth staff badges and housing information. If you didn’t receive it, please check your SPAM folder. If you still can’t find it, email exhibits@atcmeeting.org to have it resent.
Exhibitors with less than 400 sq. ft will receive information about registration and housing on January 26.
⚠ BEWARE of unauthorized hotel solicitations: Please note that onPeak is the only official housing provider for ATC 2026. ATC is not affiliated with any other travel or housing companies. If contacted by another provider, please do not respond.
